I am a dreamer and an idealist. And I am disappointed.
I was a happy child who grew into a frustrated youth who grew into a very angry young adult. The problem was I couldn’t pinpoint what caused the change. I then became a rather disillusioned college student. Luckily it was there that I came up with this idea. I found this idea because I finally realized what had been causing my existential crisis. I had been given a promise that was never intended to be kept.
Society, school, government, everyone had promised me that the purpose of all this education and working was to make things better. But the more I went through life the more it became apparent that it was about filling up life with objects and busy work, and not with making things better.
I am now an advocate for change. And this is my platform from which I will preach and take action.
