Stats are Fun

Well to start back on to topics that actually apply to this blog, I thought I would start with some recent stats.

So far the Alexa rank of this site has been increasing nicely and is currently sitting at just under the 400,000 mark for the 3 month average. The one week moving average is just over 200,000 at the moment but was closer 150,000 last week.

What starteled me a bit more were these number from Alexa

Malaysia 25,445
Philippines 44,827
United States 47,314
United Kingdom 99,341

It’s nice to see my site above (and well above) the 100k mark anywhere. The reality of it is a bit humbling. Google also shows the average daily visits sitting at close to 100 unique visits per day. It’s not some incredible number, but it makes me happy.

Overall searches are down, but it seems like Sustainable Democracy has never been the most popular search term… Maybe I can start to change that. I guess there is only one way to find out.

    Thank Leon!
Hopefully things will continue to go well. Especially if participation and idea exchange follows the increase in rank.

Great job on the low # on Alexa rank. I am sorry to hear about your loss. Thank you for your prayers for my mom. God bless.

@ BaseGuardian - The ranks can be tough to break. It seems like things get stuck at a certain level and then dramatically pop upwards once you do “the rights things.” Or bsically just get enough consistent traffic to kick it up a level.

@ Anna - Thank you for both the congrats and the prayers.
